Broker/Owner & Property Manager

Sherry is the Broker/Owner of Allegiance Property Management and Allegiance Real Estate. She is a working Broker. Not only does you oversee all phases of Property Management, she lists on to sell and works with buyers. Sherry is patient, kind and cares about her clients.

Laura Adams

Joseph

Joseph is a Senior at Virginia Commonwealth University and will be continuing his education for 4 additional years and will enter the medical world of physical therapy. When he is not studying, he is also checking and inspecting properties, does the heavy lifting around the office and even files. Joseph is loved by all.

Jacob Louka

Jacob Louka is our “Technology Man” and we do give him lots of challenges. So far, he has fixed everything, computers, printers, the copy machine and he has even put new office chairs together. Jacob has a full time job in the technology field, but he is always available when we ask.

 

Peyton Moreland

Peyton is the newest addition to the Allegiance family. Peyton is a
joy to be around, very pleasant. She certainly brings smiles to the office. Peyton is very efficient on the computer and willing to learn if she doesn’t already know. Peyton works a lot with property maintenance for the rentals we manage. Peyton has a full time marketing position, but she manages to
find time for us. We consider Peyton a blessing.

Rick is a licensed REALTOR® in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Rick prefers to be the “back up” man for our team. He helps us with everything – showing rental properties, inspections of rental properties and reviews the properties monthly by driving by and taking pictures. He installs our For Sale Signs, lead- in signs and whatever else needs to be done. Rick is our “Man”
